We’re Italian. We come from Bologna. Near Bologna is Imola. Imola, a beautiful city famous for the (in your best Italian accent please) Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari! It’s the home circuit of Ferrari. Of course we love Ferrari. They call us Tifosi. You’ve seen us with the red flags and the Ferrari fever. And of course we love great food too. We’re Italian!!! My names is Andrea Suzzi. With our business and our pleasure taking us around the world be began to notice something about the way Italian food is enjoyed in different countries. That if you are London or Los Angeles, Sydney or Stockholm you have two choices – a nice long luxurious meal or some fast trashy imitation of good Italian food. Such a shame. So we decided to create a third choice. A fresh, fast choice that’s healthy and delicious Because sometimes there is no time. Sometimes you want the taste of great food but you want it fast.
