The BRAC University Marketing Association seeks to offer marketing majors and as well as students from other fields the opportunity to gain a broader, realistic, and more practically-oriented exposure to marketing activities. These experiences enhance and expand the material being presented in the classroom. It also strives to improve each member's marketability in today's highly competitive job market.
The association attempts to provide career guidance via distinguished guest speakers, on-the-job shadow programs, and by functioning as a personal career-oriented liaison among club members, marketing faculties and the Dean of the BRAC Business School. These types of communication keep club members alert about the realities and importance of “networking” and give them a head start in the development of their skills in this area.
