Using medically certified German EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology (SYMBIONT), we will help you look, feel and become stronger - through a sophisticated 20-minute session once a week. BODYTEC EMS is the stimulation of muscle contraction using electric impulses delivered by a device through electrodes on the skin, placed near targeted muscles. This is combined with traditional low-impact exercises for an intense, full-body workout. Each session is supervised by a qualified personal trainer. It’s a well-researched technology that has been used by professional athletes for decades to build muscle, reduce body fat and tone. Many of our members are corporate executives simply seeking to resolve posture imbalances or lower back issues, brought on by long hours at work. Because most of our members are frequent travellers, they are able to train at any studio nationwide.
