Founded by Steve Nash (former NBA Hall of Fame Player and NBA Coach), "the general public doesn't have access to the same world-class health and wellness support I've been afforded, and now more than ever people need the right information and resources to navigate modern life. We're on a mission to educate people about their healthspan and provide proactive health routines that are accessible and achievable for everyone, particularly those that don't know where to start." The research is clear that five factors contribute to our daily quality of life while also helping fend off chronic disease - Movement, Sleep, Mental Health, Nutrition, and Social Interaction. At BLOCK we call these the pillars of healthspan, and we help individuals and organizations create healthy habits across these pillars with digital products and education.
