Began in 1995 as a subcontractor for BM Reyes Construction, headed by Syan Patrick Vasquez, the company’s humble beginning started from a range of residential, commercial and interior projects across the country. In 1997, Syan Patrick Vasquez assumed control of the management of BM Reyes Construction, under the direct supervision of the company’s principal, which brought about the merger of the two companies, resulting in a stronger, more exceptional team. The company was blessed with a rapid increase in number and magnitude of projects that included corporate interior fit-outs, institutional, and low-rise buildings. By the year 2011, Syan Patrick Vasquez took full ownership of the company, and with his new partners from BCOVES Builders and Development Corporation. Today, BCOVES Builders and Development Corporation, armed with a great number of skilled and adept workers and experts, and array of construction tools and equipment, confidently embark on ventures of wider scope and larger scale.
