To list a few grades,  40-50 AFS,  50-55 AFS,  55-60 AFS, and  60-70 AFS. The sand washing unit is from the best producers of sand washing machinery, CDE from Kolkata. CDE are world renowned, and used vastly across the globe. BCL Minerals has sought the latest technology from CDE to produce 50 Tonnes per hour or 30,000 Tonnes per month, of high quality washed sand product. Taking into account environmental responsibilities and promote a green industry, BCL ensures water recycling on its premises. The unit also houses a fluidized sand dryer that has been supplied by The Wesman Engineering, Kolkata. This machinery produces 10 Tonnes per hour. Therefore, allowing BCL Minerals to produce superior washed and dried sand and to meet customer delivery requirements in a well-timed manner.
