We are the city's educational construction specialists. With modern school buildings, we, the BBS Bau- und Betriebsservice GmbH, set the framework in which Mannheim's pupils can learn well and, above all, enjoy learning. We have been looking after the city's school properties since 2005: We build, renovate, and modernise the general and vocational schools. We maintain the buildings for daily school operations, keep them in good condition and help to ensure that education in Mannheim is successful. In addition, BBS has taken on further tasks in the pre-school sector. We build new municipal day-care facilities for children on behalf of the city as well as build children's houses for inde-pendent day-care providers in the future within the framework of a landlord/tenant model and also supervise their construction.
