B&A monitors all applicable federal, state, regional, and non-profit (project specific) grant funding opportunities so that you don’t have to spend valuable time doing so. We alert our clients when an announcement is released and advise staff on the appropriate next steps. B&A does not send blast e-mails. Our alerts are customized with your projects in mind, and we work closely with you to make the “go” or “no go” decision on pursuing an application. Grant Writing. B&A provides turn-key services when developing grant applications to make your job easier. We provide a not-to-exceed quote for the development of an application, allowing you to control your budget. B&A then creates a detailed timeline and checklist to ensure that application elements are addressed in a timely manner. We work with you and your client experts, including outside consultants, to help define project scope and budget. B&A then develops a compelling narrative that tells your unique story, and fills out application forms to the maximum extent practical, minimizing the impact to you and your staff. B&A has never missed an application deadline, which not all of our competitors can claim. Grant Administration. B&A also provides expert post-award grant management services that are systematic, tested and a proven system for success. We structure our services to meet your needs at a reasonable fee, allowing you to pay only for the services you request. Examples of post-award services we offer include: organization of files and grant tracking activities; assuring compliance with complex state and federal regulations; assistance in completing project reports, financial reports, and payment requests; liaison services with grantors or state and federal officials; assistance with post-award compliance; modifications and amendments to scope of work, schedules, and budget revisions; grant close-our reports and final reporting requirements; and audit preparation and records retention, as desired.
