The Azure Properties Group is a family-owned business. Our mission is to contribute to the increasing demand for quality housing in the Greater Vancouver region for consumers ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury custom homebuyers. We have been building homes since 1991. We are a family-owned business that realizes what the homebuyer truly wants is value without sacrificing quality and service. We place special emphasis on design, detail, craftsmanship and customer service, which has helped build genuine relationships with our employees, customers, municipal officials and competitors alike. We implement environmentally conscious design principles into all our developments by maximizing open green space, reducing the amount of paved surfaces, and using sustainable building materials and fixtures.
