Azora is one of the largest independent investment managers in Spain specializing on real estate assets. Founded in 2003, Azora currently has a team of more than 200 multidisciplinary professionals, with more than 3.7Bn€ of equity raised since inception. Azora specialises in different asset classes; hotels, offices, residential, senior homes and renewable energy and is present in Spain, Europe and USA. In 2012, Azora constituted the first Spanish independent SGIIC (Managing Company of collective investment institutions) with the objective of managing Real Estate Investment vehicles under the supervision of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
