Azharul Uloom

Azharul Uloom is a comprehensive and revolutionary educational project comprising of various disciplines of knowledge and is modelled on world renowned Al-Azhar University of Cairo. It Is situated in Azhar Nagar, 8 kilometers away from ALWAYE Town. Azhar Nagar is spread across more than 15 Acres of land with calm, serene and beautiful surroundings on the bank of river Periyar. Azharul Uloom aims at moulding a group of highly qualified Islamic scholars, leaders and academics with mastery over both theology and science, who can rightly guide the entire society. AZHAR strives hard to create competent scholars who, while being grounded in the authentic tradition of Islamic scholarship are well equipped to face the evolving circumstances and challenges of the society.
