Ayurveda Soudha Ayurveda is the ancient Indian science, its called “Life Knowledge” or Science of Life”,which goes back to 5000 years back old tradition, involves how natural herbs, food practices, emotions, climate and human lifestyle impact the dynamics of our own physiology and psychology. Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing system, based on the belief that the health and wellness of a human depends on a balance between mind, body and spirit. Ayurveda is not a mere system of treating illness, it focus to promote good health and healthy living, rather than curing or fighting a particular disease. Good health or healthy way of living is achieved when mind, body and spirit are in harmony with universe. Any interference in this harmony may lead to sickness and loss of health. Ayurveda treats on a holistic level. Every person is made of combination of five basic elements found in the universe (Panchabootha – Space, Air, Fire, Water amp; Earth).
