Aviation Repair Solutions performs chrome plating, precision grinding, and non-destructive testing to repair aviation component piece parts from hydraulic, pneumatic, flight control, and landing gear sub-systems associated with commercial and regional airliners, helicopters, and military aircraft. We are FAA and EASA certified with an ISO and AS9100 certified quality system. Our customers include airlines, component repair organizations, and major Original Equipment Manufacturers. We are located in Long Beach, California and serve a worldwide customer base. We cooperate with other Southern California FAA repair stations to offer complete piece part repair services that also include Nickel, Copper, Silver, and Cadmium plating repairs. Parts repair scopes are predominately from CMM/OHM but we also work with an FAA DER for custom repairs when the need arises.
