Automation & Control Services, Inc. is a full service Industrial Automation System Integrator specializing in the proper application of PLC controls (Primarily Allen-Bradley) and instrumentation in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Food, Auto, Steel, Household Products, Material Handling, Municipal Water, and Wastewater Treatment. We provide the following in-house services: UL industrial control panel manufacturing shop, Vision Inspection Systems (Primarily Cognex and Keyence), Machine Design, Metal and Composite fabrication, Sanitary Tubing & Pipe Orbital Welding, 3D part design & prototyping, 3D printing, multi-axis HAAS CNC machining services, and Infrared Vision & AWS Weld Inspection services. Our control panel shop is one of only a few hundred worldwide certified to produce standard UL 508A Industrial Control Panels, UL 698A Industrial Control Panels with Intrinsic Safety Barriers for Hazardous Environments, and Industrial Control Panels for both Dust and Flammable Gases and Liquids for use in a hazardous environments. We work throughout North America and have the ability to provide remote support access via the internet or Cellular Modem if infrastructure does not exist to assist your on-site maintenance staff with troubleshooting or periodic maintenance without the need to travel long distances for routing work. We are able to accommodate site visits on short notice throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States through the use of our company owned and operated aircraft.
