Delivering customer satisfaction by improving our members’ operational performance The Auto Haulers Association of America will achieve the above motto for its members through special subject meetings, real time sharing of experiences at a departmental level, developing best practices, pushing relevant information to the members, working closely with key vendors to ensure their products meet our unique needs, and identifying tool sets for managing our businesses appropriate for the size of the member’s business. This will result in the delivery of improved quality and satisfaction to our customers. Although not a lobbying organization, we will be strong advocates for our members whether it’s with suppliers, development of special programs, or other associations.
