Authentic Life Counseling

Authentic-Life Counseling (ALC) provides mental health and wellness services to individuals and couples. We provide effective and results oriented mental health therapy to clients to help them improve mental health, improve relationships, recover from trauma, and thrive. With an area of interest and expertise in mindfulness and meditation, in 2021, ALC developed Mindful Workplace. This program is designed to help organizations develop and sustain mindfulness practices into the culture of corporations to improve employee well-being, improve employee productivity and cultivate a culture of compassion.
