Arissan is a certified career and confidence coach helping women approach the job search process from the inside out. Coming from a background of multiple career pivots, she has traversed switching industries with very little support or network. She knows what it feels like to hit burnout while being under-resourced and grossly underpaid. Now, through one-on-one coaching and resume editing, Arissan is using her expertise to help women find the confidence, tools, and support they need to make a career change. Through her approach, they can overcome the fear of what's next and create a career that adds excitement and inspiration to their lives in half the time.
