Australian Vanadium Limited is bringing its high grade vanadium project in Western Australia into production and also taking advantage of growth in the energy storage market through its subsidiary VSUN Energy. The Company is developing the Australian Vanadium Project near Meekatharra, which is among the highest-grade vanadium projects in the world. Australian Vanadium’s vision is to create value for shareholders by supplying its high-grade product to battery projects worldwide, as either vanadium pentoxide or vanadium electrolyte. This strategy is backed up by a complementary market in the steel sector, which also has increasing demand for vanadium. The company was listed on the ASX in 2007 and is backed by a strong executive team and board.
