We bridge knowledge gaps, champion rights, promote diversity and celebrate excellence. We aim to enhance the understanding of the profession's value in the business community and foster a thriving community of professionals. Our pillars of Research, Education, Advocacy, and Awards are the foundations that help change the narrative around what it means to work within an administrative function or pursue a career in the administrative profession. We no longer allow our industry to be thought of as ‘just the admin’.
