Ausimm Southern Queensland Student Chapter

The AusIMM Southern Queensland Student Chapter (SQSC) provides opportunities to facilitate the professional development of the future leaders of the mining industry. The purpose of the SQSC is to represent AusIMM at a campus level, enabling students studying minerals related courses (mining engineering, metallurgy, geology, environmental sciences, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, health and safety) at the University of Queensland (UQ), Griffith University and Queensland University of Technology (QUT) to participate in activities and opportunities presented by AusIMM.
