At Aurora Kaas, excellent organic Gouda varieties have been produced for over 40 years according to old tradition. The cheese dairy in Kranenburg, Lower Rhine, exclusively uses 100% organic milk from cows, goats, or sheep from local dairy farmers and values long-standing good relationships with the organic farms in the Lower Rhine region. Among the over 90 different cheese varieties, you can find Bioland and Demeter cheese, as well as cheese made from pure Jersey milk or enhanced with delicious herb blends.
