Atut-anirban The Urban Technologist ATUT is a venture started after gaining considerable experience as an urban planner and development manager. I have been working in the field of Public Systems and Utilities. I have conceptualized large format green field real-estate projects and worked on it up to post take-off stage. Throughout my career, I have been an hands-on professional, therefore I have ATUT confidence in quality of service I am offering. CAREER TAKEOFF - Research Associate to Prof G Raghuram; Public Systems Group; IIM Ahmedabad, in the year 1995. Joined a state govt. PSU called WEBCON by the end of 1995. POST TAKEOFF - Got myself deputed to New Town Project  Rajarhat of WBHIDCO and worked full project cycle-Concept, Takeoff, Post takeoff. Worked 10 years in the area of Greenfield Urban Projects Development (PSU & PPP). Yearning for change, I chucked off secure PSU environment and Mid 2005 joined JURONG Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore [Sr. Town Planner - Infrastructure & Master Planning]. Being an hands on Manager and Techie, I was looking for action with private sector project development and implementation company, also having the strength of a venture fund. Therefore I joined Tishman Speyer India (TSI) Private Limited., Bangalore on 15th December, 2005 and worked till 31st August, 08. At TSI (P) Ltd, I got the required exposure to identify and develop commercially viable real estate ideas. I was also responsible for pre-acquisition technical due diligence in cities like Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata (NTP Rajarhat included); Chennai; Hyderabad and NCR. During this period I came across many real estate pros and consultants and got along with them very well. I joined QVC Realty on 29th September,08 founded by Mr. Prakash Gurbuxani (also founder CEO of TSI Pvt Ltd) and got firsthand operational experience in a VC Funded Indian Realtor. ATUT was established on 28th February, 2009 (date of domain registration) and it became operational on 6th March,2009 (also happens to be my birthday). Services on offer are.
