Astoria Homes

Astoria Homes is an award winning builder constructing new homes in and around the City of Calgary. In 2011 we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary in the home building industry. Founded in May 2001 Astoria Has gone from a handful of homes to building 20 plus high end custom homes per year. We are the recipients off several awards including the “Customer Choice Award” as well as “Builder of Merit” at the Calgary Region Home Builders Association annual Sales and Marketing Awards. Carpenter Homes is a relatively new company Started in 2009 to introduce the “Astoria philosophy” to the move up market in the Calgary Area. Carpenter Homes currently has three show home locations and plans on expanding into new markets. Carpenter Homes builds 45-55 homes per year. Astoria Renovations, started in 2004, is committed to completing extensive renovations to the same standard that has made Astoria Homes a success. Astoria Renovations will complete 12-15 large scale renovations per year.
