The Cultural Association REST-ART produces concerts, whose the most important is the international festival of jazz music "Novara Jazz" since 2003. It comes from the idea of designing and producing innovative events outside the channels of commerce to interact with other contemporary forms of expression: firstly the music (jazz and electronics) and the visual arts (photography and video).
