NGO «Association of Energy Auditors of Ukraine» (AEA)- expert union of experts and practitioners of energy audit and energy management in Ukraine. The key objective of the Association of energy auditors is the development of market for energy audit and energy management for increase energy efficiency enterprises and buildings in Ukraine. Basic activities: 1. Ensuring a quality standard for the provision of works and services in the area of energy audit and energy efficiency. 2. Conducting training to improve the professional level of energy auditors and energy managers. 3. Promote the idea of an energy audit for commercial companies, state organizations and municipal utilities. 4. Awareness-education campaigns and research on energy conservation and energy efficiency. 5. Normative and methodological regulation and provision of quality standards in the area of energy audit and energy management. 6. Maintenance of international energy efficiency projects. 7. Support local authorities in the preparation and implementation of local action plans for sustainable energy development. Members of the organization, experts and consultants have a a high professional level and considerable experience in the following areas: conducting energy audits and preparation feasibility studies of public buildings, industrial enterprises, engineering networks, implementation of monitoring and energy management systems, training in energy management and energy audit, standard-setting processes in local government and so on. Association of Energy Auditors has organized and successfully realized number of trainings, seminars, conferences on energy efficiency, including in cooperation with international technical assistance projects and local government associations.
