Assochange, Associazione Italiana di Change management, wants to be the Italian response to Change Management, for this reason it offers a lot of opportunities to all kinds of stakeholders of change management. To raise awareness among business leaders, about the need of change and innovation to promote growth of the country, is the mission of Assochange. Assochange is the most important interlocutor for: • Providing opportunities for systematic comparison of experiences, methods, practices and models applied in Italy and other countries; • Creating a culture of change for enterprises, public institutions, schools. The roads taken by Assochange in Italy to promote the culture of change management are: • the creation and the continued implementation of a network that encourages contact and exchange between all stakeholders (businesses, organizations, universities, scientific associations, students and professionals), • the scouting and the sharing of so-called "best practices" of successes and failures, models and instruments adopted in dealing with change, • organization of events • the collection of documentation and information for students who seek guidance on these issues
