Assetz Property

Assetz Property was founded in 1999 as an early part of the Assetz group of companies. Its buy to let investors delivered some £1bn of new property to the market by helping fund developers via off-plan purchases. Much of that property is now either part of individual investors' retirement plans or sold on for home buyers to now own and enjoy. In 2021 we decided that our job was done in the buy to let market and that we would move on to new challenges that the country faces. Assetz Property no longer provides buy to let property and instead http://www.assetzexchange.co.uk provides a modern fractional approcah to investing in residential real estate and focusses on supported living and other sustainable investments that support society.
