Ask Sonia Limited is an independent Consulting & Training UK based business specialising in Food Safety Management. Our Founder and Director, Sonia Andre, originally from France, has worked in Food & Drink, Cereal Crops and Fresh Produce, in the technical, safety and quality arena, for over 25 years. Sonia is a qualified BRCGS Food Safety & ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a IFS Recognised Consultant. She is also a BRCGS Approved Training Partner & Approved Virtual Trainer, a Highfield and a IFS registered trainer. Sonia holds a MSc in Agronomy and is a Fellow of the British Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), as well as an IFST registered Food Safety Manager. We are proud to add that Sonia was one of a few finalists in the prestigious BRCGS ATP Award of the Year 2023 event, and the Winner of that same Award in 2024 :-) Ask Sonia Ltd offers a range of CPD accredited courses, and official BRCGS & IFS training courses, intended to support and develop professionals of the Food Sector and food related industries (Packaging, Storage and Distribution, etc).
