We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to assisting and encouraging young cooks who want to specialise in Asian cuisine, as well as increasing public interest in Asian food in Australia. Our objective is to link cooks with like-minded people, facilitate their personal growth, and serve as a resource centre for industry experts. Furthermore, through informative product demonstrations and activations, we hope to develop connections between Western and Eastern markets and promote cross-cultural culinary exchanges, all while fostering a sense of community through our social club programme.
