Asian American Donor Program (AADP) is dedicated to increasing the availability of potential stem cell donors for patients with life threatening diseases curable with a stem cell transplant. AADP conducts outreach and educational events in the community in which you live, work, worship and play. AADP also help patients tell their story through social and main stream media outlets.
Because finding a matching donor is often based on ethnicity, and because there are so few Asian American and Pacific Islander donors listed in the National Registry, too many multi-ethnic people fail to find donors and pass away.
You could be the one to save a life by registering as a potential donor.
