Our team has over 25 years experience with corporate, school and technical skills programs, and have been pioneers in developing the sport of adventure racing in Asia. Corporate Services Our sister company, Paradigm, offers corporate services including: Team building events Corporate training programs Corporate speaking engagements We can combine both outdoor and indoor training in our programs and offer a customized and unique approach in our program design. We are also partners with Mandarin Oriental Macau where we have developed one of Asia’s top corporate outdoor training locations. Youth Adventure We offer 1 – 10 day outdoor adventure programs for youth and schools, both in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific Region. We are specialists in innovative, high impact and meaningful programs with a focus on personal and team development. Facility Development We specialize in rock climbing and other types of adventure facility development, and have built facilities at top resorts, gyms and private housing estates in the region. Services in this area include design, installation, operating procedures, and staff training. Outdoor Skills & Event Management We are leaders in Asia in running technical outdoor skills courses and outdoor events. We have organized skills courses with world champion athletes, as well as provided consulting services for several international events including National Geographic Action Asia Challenge, Mild Seven Outdoor Quest, and AXN Challenge."
