Aseer Investment

Aseer Investment Company (AIC) is a closed joint stock company fully owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). It has been established to act as PIF's investment arm in the Aseer region and to support the transformation of Aseer into a year-round tourism destination. It will unlock a wide range of attractive investment propositions across promising sectors such as tourism, hospitality, health, sports and education, and create long-term partnerships with local and international investors to generate sustainable returns in the Aseer region.     The company's strategy is in line with HRH Crown Prince's development strategy for the region, under the theme 'The Arabian Highland' which aims to achieve unprecedented and sustainable growth in Aseer.      AIC will support the achievement of PIF goals in line with Vision 2030 and contribute to the economic prosperity of the region by creating job opportunities, expanding local capabilities and enhancing quality of life whilst untapping the tourism potential of Aseer.
