The business has grown significantly but in very manageable fashion, steadily year upon year. We do not advertise. We have obtained our business clients purely upon the recommendation of existing clients. We have a comprehensive amount of complimentary testimonials from our clients who are of many years’ standing. All our members of staff are highly trained, and have been with us for many years.
We pride ourselves in providing a very professional, but highly personal service. Our duty of care is to our clients, and ensuring that their business assets, and ultimately therefore their livelihood, are carefully insured with reputable Insurers who provide financial stability, coupled with a very prompt and efficient claims service.
We constantly review our clients’ requirements to make certain that their insurance cover remains adequate and appropriate should their circumstances alter. We never simply just assume that the basis of cover in place 12 months ago is still sufficient. We undergo thorough reviews well in advance of renewal.
The same applies to a recommended prospective new client. We do not quote purely on the same basis of cover that they hold now, we thoroughly check that the cover they NEED is matched by the cover they HAVE. If it is not, we will propose changes. However, that does not always mean a higher premium. We have very wide markets in which we can place virtually any class of business, trade or occupation at competitive premiums.
Things do not stop there though. For all our clients, we provide an e-mail address which is very regularly monitored outside normal business hours, including Bank Holidays, and even during the perceived dormant period between Christmas and New Year. After all, fires, flood, burglary and the like do not take Christmas off, so we always make sure our clients have a point of contact.
