The art of watchmaking passed on from one generation to another, and our father, Bajram Sahatçiu, became an active member of the family business in 1951 when he was only 8 years old. Horology he learned by watching his father - he gave his son the same knowledge that almost a hundred years ago, learned from his father.
At age 16, he was already a well-known phenomenon of family Sahatçiu and the first of its members who was educated in the field of watchmaking. He is still one of the most respected and best watchmakers southeast.

The exceptionally gifted own the power to penetrate the sensations of others.
Dedication to this craft and our determination to be the best in this field became the power behind the love and passion. The constant race to reach the perfection of the time keeping movements and precision in watch making craft combined with great passion towards this art has led to regionally recognised Art de Suisse, for the very same reasons. They inspire awe and excitement. Their skill opens our emotional and intellectual receptors – we hunger and covet. Our souls play emotional hosts to admiration, envy, and eagerness to take part in the fine art or creative innovation demonstrated through extraordinary craft: an enrichment of the human spirit.
While constantly building new partnerships, with great caution and with use of all marketing and research tools provided by our partners, Art de Suisse is also expanding its activities through different locations across Europe but keeping the focus in the lovely city of Karlovy Vary, near our loyal and precious costumers.
