Arkus Real Estate was founded by Jeremy Bishop in 2024 to create fit-for-purpose real estate. Arkus targets investment in income-producing real estate but which is outdated and requires renovation and/or redevelopment to create best-in-class assets, fit for the needs of modern occupiers. Its principle focus is on industrial and logistics assets in the UK, and it works with capital from institutional and family office investors from the UK and overseas. Its objective is the creation of portfolios composed of modern environmentally efficient assets for medium to long term, dependable income generation.
