Ardent Spirit

I am Benjamin GALAIS, Oenologist and agronomical engenior specialised in the creation and the production of spirit based alcohol (rhum, cognac, gin, vodka, whisky, premix, RTD, vermouth...) I will help you from the creation of the recipe to the production line. My skills bring me to use different technics (maceration, infusion, disitllation, blending,ageing...) and to give you advice on the more accurate one. Passionate by creation, each project is a new challenge.
