We help disaster-damaged communities rebuild. ARCUS articulates the cost of disaster recovery and provides solutions to make local governments and communities stronger and more prepared than they were before the disaster. ARCUS monitors projects to ensure they are carried out within a cost-effective scope of work, and to ensure transparency and accountability in disaster recovery. We manage relief funds from start to finish, and we make sure that recovery plans are designed in agreement with grant requirements. We understand the challenges that tough recovery decisions present to local communities. We are experts in providing practical solutions for politically sensitive projects. Our technical services include cost-estimating, technical assessments, hazard mitigation identification and analysis, procurement compliance, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, debris removal, project audits, monitoring and evaluation, among others. To date, ARCUS has managed grants amounting to ~$4B.
