• Develop and ensure that the Company EHS program is established and well maintained.
• Develop emergency preparedness planning administration, emergency response, continuity of services and emergency record management.
• Monitor local and national disaster preparedness information requirements and advise Company and clients of local obligations or opportunities.
• Conduct EHS sites audits, post-disaster evaluations and produce after action reports with recommendations
• Response to RFP for sales, emergency response inquiries, questions or suggestions from clients or vendors through email.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting is properly submitted.
• Provide an effective liaison with appropriate regulators with respect to compliance and proposed legislation.
• Prepare an annual business plan and budget which highlights EHS training program, continuous improvement actions, anticipated regional activities and new requirements
• Responsible for prompt and positive response to questions from LOB and clients of the EHS issue
• Engage in the creative writing or revision of the Procedures and Forms to assure full compliance with the standards established within the respective EHS documents.
• Participate in the development and administration of the strategic plan for the EHS Program.
• Direct in the collection, translation, analysis and reporting of documents, information or data required to provide accurate and current assessments of the EHS objectives.
• Makes or suggest program recommendations to maintain the EHS program
• Analyze forms and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
• Administers the scheduling of the Management Review Meetings, and Personnel EHS Training.
