Strategic Planning, Program Design, Research & Evaluation, DEI, Leading Change In my role as a consultant, I partner with social sector organizations to start new initiatives, help you make changes to existing programs and services, evaluate what is and is not working, and strategize for deeper impact and/or growth. With 25+ years of experience in the sector, I am a nonprofit generalist and am open to supporting all kinds of organizations and projects. I have deep experience in the youth work and mentoring fields, in particular, authentic youth engagement and supporting youth as leaders. My consulting practice has also included creating equitable models for board governance, strategic planning, futures thinking, program evaluation, research, program design, training development, resource development planning, grant writing, grant reporting, and other project management. I have worked with small and large organizations in both urban and rural locations. I will take on projects independently but also love collaborating and supporting other consultants, researchers, evaluators.
