Applied Epi supports people working on the front lines of public health by accelerating the coming shift toward analytical tools and epidemiological methods that are open-source, accessible, and agile. Applied Epi is the creator of the Epidemiologist R Handbook (used by 750,000 people at www.epiRhandbook.com), runs live R training courses for health agencies, offers free R tutorials and case studies for public health, and run the public discussion forum community.appliedepi.org.
