Aperio Hospitality’s founders met during the creation of an ambitious resort and culinary playground on the Las Vegas Strip. The majestic signature restaurant became renowned for its classical library environs and its staggering near-thirty-thousand books on display. It all felt profoundly fitting since Aperio’s partners—Brandi Russell (hotel development, sales and marketing) and Jeffrey Tascarella (restaurant development and operations)—believe the foundation of successful hospitality lies in the art of storytelling. It was there they realized their own story was to collaborate and develop one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, and hotels.
Combined, the duo come from the 2017 World's Best Restaurant winner, Eleven Madison Park, NoMad Hotels & Restaurants, Davies and Brook in the esteemed Claridge’s Hotel in London, hotel and restaurant partnerships with MGM Resorts International, sales and marketing with iconic Palm Springs hotels as well as personal brand management for A-list celebrities.
