Anza Resource Consultants (Anza) was established in January 2019 to provide high quality cultural resources consulting focused on efficient compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), CEQA-Plus, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and other federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Anza is headquartered in the City of Oceanside, San Diego County, and conducts work throughout the California. We deliver cultural resources consulting services to private applicants and local and state government agencies. Anza effectively aids applicants, planners and agency staff in satisfying cultural resources management requirements for project permitting and compliance.
