Manufacturing Process: Anupam has highly skilled design team with complete facility for in house 2D and 3D designing.. Based on the previous tests over the past 30 years AU has developed a vast data bank which can be utilized for designing of same drawings with various types of conductors and core material. Software wing of the design team generates 2D format of the drawing which is sent to the floor where the necessary are ordered and materials procurement takes place for the production to start. Software team has developed calculators for various calculations where capitalization of losses are done, to achieve the most optimum design. Core Assembly: The core of high quality with uniform carlite coating is procured from Internationally approved manufacturers. Depending upon the design requirement, best possible combination of M3/ M4/MoH grade of core is used for assembly. The core is designed to ensure permanency of the core loss with continuous working of the transformers. Suitable provisions are made in the bottom core clamp to arrest movement of the active part. The cut cores are then assembled as per the design. After the assembling is done, it is tested for the no load losses.
