Animal Money

Oleg Kolbasov's (Animal Money) dark surrealist lens delves into the murky parts of the subconscious, illustrating the constant internal struggle between the lizard and monkey brain, the push and pull spectrum of the human essence, and the nature of our connections with each other.⁠ Though he's doodled incessantly his entire life, Animal Money officially kicked off in 2015 when selling prints from a sidewalk stand off a busy San Francisco street whilst working jobs to support his art habit. Since then, He's continued to expand the Animal Money brand and is featured in numerous contemporary art publications like Booooooom!, Creative Boom, and Supersonic Art.
