Her training as a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach reinforces her ability to coach leaders through positive, sustainable behavioral change. She has coached leaders both internally and externally, to help guide them through implementing positive cultural shifts which have contributed to significant improvements in business results.
