The Anaklia Development Consortium (ADC) http://www.anakliadevelopment.com is developing the Anaklia Deep Sea Port and the Anaklia Free Industrial Zone in the Black Sea Region to breathe new life into the ancient Asia-Europe trade route. Both developments are granted through an investment agreement provided by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia for the rights to develop, finance, design, construct, operate, market, manage, and grow the Anaklia region.
Anaklia - a stronghold site in the Black Sea region, has a natural predisposition for a deep sea port due its strategic advantages and its natural underwater canyon. ADC is developing the Anaklia Port to be a vibrant state-of-the-art, eco-friendly facility with a highly efficient layout and an ability to accept post-panamax size vessels.
The Anaklia Port will be a lasting economic driver for Georgia, both as a national asset representing Georgia’s historic significance and its vital role in the evolving global economy. ADC embraces the Silk Road vision to accelerate Georgia’s GDP growth and create 6400 new jobs.
ADC has hand-picked specialized firms with diverse backgrounds, that together form the right global business leadership team. ADC is a consortium of TBC Holding (Georgia) and Conti International (USA). ADC’s leaders are proactive, resourceful entrepreneurs with an exceptional 20-year relationship and a track record of ethical business conduct. ADC has established a framework of preliminary agreements with diverse global players in port and transport infrastructure for Anaklia Port’s long-term success.
