American Refractory Products

Develop & manufacturer monolithic refractory products & precast shapes for use in the cement, steel, power generation & foundry industries. Refractory products include fast dry out, low, & ultra low cement castables, insulating castables, high cement conventional castables, chemical bonded castables, self leveling castables, & abrasive resistant castables. Product variations can be used for guniting, casting, pumpcasting, shotcreting, & hand packing. AmeriFast products have similar properties to traditional low & ultra low cement castables while reducing time required to reach operating temperatures. AmeriCrete products contain minimal porosity & maximum densities. AmeriLite products are used for backup linings where insulating is important. AmeriChem products are used for veneer linings over existing linings with minimal dry out time. Quality control laboratory, on site raw materials, & furnace capable of drying out & heat curing precast refractory shapes from small to large.
