ASFL is enriched with a complete setup of Airjet Looms and Rapier Looms (facilitated by Jacquard and Dobby) with a huge set up of environmentally compliant processing, dyeing, printing, and finishing bays - equipped with world-famous technological edge viz. Picanol (Belgium), Karlmayar, etc. The Weaving plant is built on a patch of industrial land of 500,000 sq. ft having 60 Rapier and 72 Airjet Looms; it is equipped to produce 1,600,000 yards of Greige Fabrics per month. Its Dyeing assembly line up includes dyeing, printing, and finishing with all trendy finishing machinery which is available to bring out 3,000,000 yards of finished fabrics per month.
