Each October, we hold a Walk/Run to Remember where thousands come out to LSU and walk in honor or in memory of their loved ones, raising awareness and funds in the capital city. In addition to our Helpline, we have program coordinators on hand in our office to answer the hard questions you have about coping with Alzheimer's.
Our “Recollection Collection At Home” is a ready-resource kit that provides meaningful activities that stimulate and engage your loved one in the home environment. The contents of the kit create the opportunity to reminisce, to participate in meaningful and failure-free activities, and to provide a joyful and stimulating experience for anyone with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related diseases.
