Alwoodley Golf Club is the original design by Dr. Alister MacKenzie, the famous architect behind courses such as Augusta National, Cypress Point, Royal Melbourne, and many more.
Opened for play in 1907, Alwoodley has welcomed many golfers from around the world to Yorkshire and hosted many prestigious championships such as The Brabazon Trophy, English Ladies' Amateur Championship and has played host to Regional Open Qualifying.
